What is the DCTA?

The Durango Community Tennis Association (DCTA) was formed in 1999 and is a non-profit 501c3 corporation with an elected board of directors. DCTA has over 1,700 active tennis enthusiasts on its roster and the numbers are growing steadily. Our ultimate goal is is to have an eight lighted outdoor and six indoor public tennis center.

With encouragement from the DCTA, the City of Durango, La Plata County and the 9-R School District combined resources and rebuilt eight tennis courts in 2002.
